- Option B – Keep the home as is, add extra sq. footage or add a basement suite and a lane way house
- Option C – Start fresh, build a new home
Proposal 2 –
Utilize the fact that there are two legal lots and…
- Option A – Keep the existing house as is on the east lot, add a laneway home and/or construct a garden suite. Plus build a new house and garage on the western lot.
- Option B – Retain the existing home and add/alter as desired, AND build a new house on the western lot with a garage or coach house, possibility to strata-title*
- Option C – Start fresh and build two new homes
